Dispatch Thomas Crowe, Jr. is a retired Seargent from the Winhall Police Department. In Crowe’s lifelong career in law enforcement he has attained several certifications and currently holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and Management from Southern Vermont College. He has been with the Manchester Police Department since 2015. Dispatch Crowe works for the Manchester Police Department as a part time special officer and dispatcher. Crowe is also a member of the Manchester and Arlington Rescue Sqauds.
