Dispatch Vanessa Beattie has been working as a part time dispatcher since July 2014. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems. Dispatch Beattie is currently working on building and maintaining the Manchester Police Department website.
